Terms & Conditions – Jackpot Atmexx Campaign

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Jackpot Atmexx – Build Your Community & Win campaign organized by Atmexx. By entering, participants agree to comply with these T&Cs, as well as the general Atmexx Account Agreement and trading rules.

1. Organizer

‍

The Jackpot Atmexx campaign is organized and managed by Atmexx, a brand operated by WorldTrade Ltd., and its partner entities in Francophone Africa.

2. Campaign Period

• The campaign runs from 12 September to 28 December 2025, divided into 4 phases (Stage 0–3).
  
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the campaign with prior public notice.

3. Eligibility‍

• Participation is open exclusively to Atmexx clients who:
  
  1. Have registered a valid Atmexx trading account.
     
  2. Completed full KYC verification.
     
  3. Made a qualifying deposit (see Section 4).
     
  4. Fulfilled minimum trading requirements.
     

Employees of Atmexx, its affiliates, agents, or partners involved in organizing the campaign are not eligible.

4. Participation Conditions

‍‍

Stage 0 (Pre-Launch: 12–28 Sept 2025)

• First 20 verified clients with a minimum $30 deposit receive $20 trading credit (non-withdrawable, must be traded).
  
• Random draw among these 20 → 5–10 receive branded cap + mug packs.
  
• Winners announced during the Stage 0 livestream.
  
  

Stages 1–3 (Main Campaign: Oct–Dec 2025)

To receive 1 ticket in the prize draw, participants must:

• Register & pass verification
  
• Deposit a minimum of $30
  
• Trade a minimum of 0.05 lots during the campaign phase
  
  

Additional tickets may be earned as follows:

• Deposit $50 = 2 tickets
  
• Each additional $20 deposit = +1 ticket
  
• Every additional 0.05 lots traded = +1 ticket
  
• Every 2 valid referrals = +1 ticket
  
  

Referral rule: If your referral wins a main prize, you also receive a special no-deposit bonus reward.

5. Monthly Validation Form

• Starting Stage 1, participants must submit a validation form during the last week of each month with:
  
  • Full name, email, WhatsApp number
    
  • Trading account number
    
  • Screenshot of monthly trading activity
    
• The form will close 24 hours before each prize draw to allow Atmexx to verify entries and prepare tickets.
  
• Participants who fail to submit the form in time will not be included in that month’s draw.

6. Prizes & Rewards‍

Main Prizes

• Stage 1: iPad (approx. $800 value)
  
• Stage 2: Motorbike (approx. $1,100 value)
  
• Stage 3: iPhone 17 Pro (approx. $1,500 value)
  
  

Intermediate Rewards (across phases)

• Helmets, branded merchandise packs, training packages
  
• Monthly trading credits: $100, $70, $50 (3 categories: highest number of invited clients, highest trading volume, highest referral trading volume)
  
  

Prize Announcement & Delivery

• Winners will be announced during livestreams on Atmexx official channels, scheduled within each campaign phase.
  
• Exact dates/times of livestreams are determined by the Organizer.
  
• Physical prizes may be delivered in person, by courier, or collected, depending on the participant’s location.
  
• Trading credits are non-withdrawable and must be used for trading. Profits earned from trading with credits are withdrawable.
  
• One account = maximum of one main prize (to spread rewards fairly).
  

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or greater value if required.

7. Fairness & Compliance‍

• All deposits must be real funds and used for trading (no empty or inactive accounts).
  
• Referrals are valid only if the referred client deposits at least $30 and trades a minimum of 0.05 lots.
  
• Any attempt at fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse will result in disqualification.
  

Atmexx reserves the right to verify all activity and request additional documents if required.

8. Publicity & Promotion

‍

By participating, winners agree to allow Atmexx to use their first name, initials, photo, and testimonial for marketing purposes across social media, blogs, and press releases.

9. Liability

‍

• Atmexx is not responsible for technical issues (e.g., internet, platform downtime) that prevent participation.
  
  
• Atmexx is not liable for customs, duties, or additional costs related to prize delivery.
  
  
• Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, including its dates, mechanics, and prizes, in case of unforeseen circumstances or regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this campaign will be resolved amicably between the parties.
  
• In the event resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent jurisdiction of Atmexx’s operational entity.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in Jackpot Atmexx implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Participants who do not comply will be automatically disqualified.
