1. Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to Atmexx , a financial services firm located at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint-Lucia, P.O. Box 838, Castries, Saint Lucia.

1.2 “Client” means a natural or legal person who has registered and verified an account with the Company’s trading platform.

1.3 “Trading Account” refers to the live account opened by a Client on the Company’s platform used for real-money trading.

1.4 “e-Wallet” refers to the internal wallet within the Client’s profile, used to deposit, hold, and transfer funds between accounts.

1.5 “Welcome Bonus” refers to a one-time $50 credit granted to eligible Clients upon their first qualifying deposit.

1.6 “Cashback Bonus” refers to a 30% bonus credited automatically to the Trading Account on each transfer of funds from the Client’s e-wallet to the Trading Account, regardless of the deposit amount.

1.7 “Qualifying Deposit” means a deposit of $50 or more made into the Client’s e-wallet during the campaign period, followed by a transfer to the Trading Account.

1.8 “Lot per Unit” refers to the ratio applied to a bonus amount to determine the volume that must be traded by a Client to convert the bonus into a withdrawable balance. For this campaign, the Lot per Unit ratio is 10. This ratio is subject to review and modification by the Company.

2. Eligibility

‍

2.1 This campaign is open to new and existing Clients of Atmexx who:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or of legal trading age in their jurisdiction),
  • Have successfully verified their identity,
  • Have not previously received the Welcome Bonus.

2.2 Employees, affiliates, and partners of WorldTrade Ltd may not be eligible for this promotion.

3. Bonus Conditions

‍

3.1 The bonus offer includes:

  • A $50 Welcome Bonus, credited once per Client upon their first qualifying deposit,
  • A 30% Cashback Bonus, applied automatically to each transfer from the e-wallet to the Trading Account.

3.2 To claim the bonuses, the Client must:

  1. Deposit funds into their e-wallet,
  2. Create a live trading account (if not already created),
  3. Transfer the funds from the e-wallet to the Trading Account.

3.3 The Cashback Bonus is credited immediately upon each qualifying transfer.

3.4 The Welcome Bonus is credited after the first qualifying deposit of $50 or more has been transferred to the Trading Account.

3.5 If the Client initiates a withdrawal (i.e., transfers funds from the Trading Account back to the e-wallet), any remaining Cashback Bonus balance will be automatically and permanently removed.

3.6 The bonus itself is not withdrawable. However, profits generated through the use of the bonus may be withdrawn, subject to the Company’s trading volume and withdrawal policies.

3.7 The bonus will be converted into a withdrawable account balance once the Client has traded a volume of standard lots equal to the Bonus Amount ÷ Lot per Unit (i.e., Bonus ÷ 10).

3.8 Only trades that remain open for at least 300 seconds (5 minutes) will count toward the volume requirement for bonus conversion.

3.9 Each bonus is valid for 365 calendar days from the date it is credited. The Company reserves the right to review and modify this validity period.

4. General Conditions

‍

4.1 Bonus funds are for trading purposes only and do not represent a withdrawable balance unless converted through the required trading activity.

4.2 Profits made using bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to the Company’s terms.

4.3 Any attempts to abuse or manipulate the bonus promotion will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts by the same individual, collusion or hedging strategies between accounts, or other forms of manipulation intended to exploit the promotion. Clients found to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses canceled and accounts suspended or closed without notice.

5. Duration and Expiry

‍

5.1 The campaign will remain active until further notice. The Company reserves the right to end the campaign or amend its terms at any time without prior announcement.

6.2 Trading involves risk. Clients should only invest what they can afford to lose.

7. Governing Law 

‍

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
